🌿 Throw Out the To-Do List — Make a To-Be List

What if, instead designing your life around what you get done, you designed it around how you want to be?

Today, I invite you to set your To-Do list aside and create a To-Be List instead.

 Grab a pen and paper (or, if you must, open your phone notes—but writing by hand feels so much more cathartic).
 List 20–30 words that describe how you want to feel—because how you feel is another way of saying how you want to be.
 Read your list out loud. Really feel the feels.
✨ Swap out any words that don’t land fully and replace them with something more powerful, more true.

When you’re done, post your list somewhere you’ll see it daily—a bathroom mirror, your desk, your fridge—or make it your phone’s screen saver.

Let it be a living, breathing compass that guides you through the week.

After all, life isn’t about doing more.
It’s about being more of who you are here to be.

I’ve found this practice profoundly helpful as I navigate life’s ongoing choices and decisions. It draws me out of my head and into my heart, guiding me toward the wisest, most aligned actions on my path.

When You’re Not Sure How to Be

If you find yourself staring at the page, unsure of what words to write—this may be your sign.

Maybe it’s time to carve out sanctuary.  A time to unplug. To be held in nature’s embrace. To sit in circle with women asking the same soulful questions:

 What’s next for me?
✨ How can I live more fully in all I want to BE?
