The Most Important Yoga of All

living your yoga Sep 28, 2026

Let’s begin with a breath together.
A slow inhale.
A soft exhale.

Feel that?
That simple pause invites you back to center.
Back to what matters.

You Are More Than a Body

In both Yoga and Ayurveda, your true nature is understood as divine—a spiritual being having a human experience. And when we forget that… we begin to feel anxious, disconnected, and lost.

Yoga reminds us:
You are not separate.
You are not alone.
You are part of something greater—call it nature, spirit, soul, source, or simply love.

Why We Really Practice

All the poses, breath work, and mindfulness? They’re tools to help you clear the noise—so you can reconnect to your heart, your truth, and your essence. When the body is open and the mind is quiet, the soul speaks. And in that space, we remember who we are.

Today’s Invitation

What does connecting with the Divine mean to you?
It might be walking barefoot in the woods.
Sitting in stillness with your breath.
Singing, praying, dancing, laughing, crying.
Being in sacred conversation with others who feel the same call.

Today, on this Sacred Sunday, gift yourself 5 minutes to sit, breathe, look into your heart, and listen. Soften and open. Feel into all that surrounds you. Extend your senses into your environment.  Expand your creative awareness across your community, your state, your country, the world, and into the stratosphere. Imagine it all.

How does this feel?

Allow your spirit to fill this space. Each time you inhale, open to receive all that you need to feel connected. With each exhale, offer your own energy back out to all that is.

Allow, Rest. Reflect.
