All of life is movement. The only constant is change.
And yet—how often do we feel stuck? Unable to move forward… physically, mentally, emotionally?
Of course you’ve been there. We all have.
But here’s the truth: life is always in motion. When we align with our own energy body, we remember that we are meant to flow. If you're feeling stagnant—heavy with indecision, sadness, or physical pain—the invitation is simple: move.
It doesn’t have to be formal or fancy. Just start with a wiggle. A jiggle. A deep breath. A sway. Put on your favorite song and dance barefoot in your kitchen.
Movement isn’t just something we do when we’re feeling fabulous—it’s also how we get to feeling fabulous. We can use movement to reverse the slump, to unstick the energy, and to return to the natural rhythm of life.
We all get stuck for different reasons. Maybe you're grieving a loss—of a loved one, a dream, a relationship. Maybe you're navigating chronic pain or fatigue. I know this personally.
Before I had my hip replaced, the pain was so constant that I didn’t even notice how much it was affecting me. I fell into a low-grade depression—not from sadness, but from disconnection. I wasn’t able to move freely, and with that loss of movement came a fog over my creativity and motivation.
It wasn’t until the pain was gone and my energy returned that I realized how stuck I’d been.
Pain—whether physical or emotional—can make it feel impossible to move. But often, movement is the very medicine we need. Even if one part of your body is hurting, there are still parts of you that want to move. The breath is always available. The heartbeat. The pulse of life within you.
ENJOY THIS PRACTICE....
I invite you to move. Gently. Playfully. Just enough to wake something up inside you. Put on a song. Let your hips sway. Let your shoulders loosen. Let your breath guide you.
Ask yourself gently: Where am I stuck?
And then, without needing to solve it—just keep moving. Feeling. Listening.
Do this for one full song. Five minutes. Let the movement guide you to the message.
Then pause. Open your hands. Imagine placing that stuckness—whatever it is—into your palms. Now, close your hands into fists, raise them overhead, and then—BOOM!—throw that energy down into the Earth. Let her compost it for you.
Do this a few times. Gather what’s heavy. Throw it down. Let it go.
Then breathe again. Dance. Walk. Stretch. Feel the freedom that returns when energy is released and allowed to flow. Let me know how that feels.
And if you're ready for a deeper reset—if you're longing to move into a new chapter, a new expression, a new way of being—consider joining me.
