For the past 40 years, I've been practicing and teaching the benefits of living well in all layers of your being – body, mind, emotions, soul, and spirit. Through the wisdom of Yoga, Ayurveda and Plant Nutrition, I help people of all ages to lead vibrant, easeful, soulful lives today.
